Shipping policy
Every Eikee® build ships in our signature collector's box — tracked, insured and packed to arrive in the same condition it left the workshop.
Where we ship from
Eikee® ships from two warehouses — one in Europe and one in Asia. Your order will leave from whichever location can deliver it to you fastest, based on your destination. You'll see the carrier and tracking details in your shipping confirmation.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping times
Standard delivery times once the order has shipped:
- European Union: 3-7 working days
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5-9 working days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing. They do not include the 1-3 business day order processing window.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of your order. The exact cost is displayed before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises after.
Tracking and insurance
Every Eikee® parcel is tracked and insured from our warehouse to your door. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us, and a courier confirmation when it's delivered.
Customs and duties
For orders shipped within the European Union from our European warehouse, no additional customs duties apply.
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply upon arrival, depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.
Address accuracy and failed deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for parcels returned, lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us because the carrier could not deliver it (wrong address, no answer after multiple attempts, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, write to us at hello@byeikee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or of receiving the damaged parcel). Include your order number and, in the case of damage, photos of the parcel and contents. We'll work directly with the carrier and replace your order at no extra cost.
Order changes
If you need to change the shipping address or cancel an order, write to hello@byeikee.com as soon as possible. We process orders within 1-3 business days and can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has left the warehouse, we cannot modify or cancel it.
