Refund policy
We want every Eikee® build to earn its place on your shelf. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your model must be unopened and in its original packaging, including the signature Eikee® collector's box. We'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Write to hello@byeikee.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through every step — return address, shipping label and timeline.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item — in which case we cover it.
Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Damages or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or you've received the wrong model, write to us at hello@byeikee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the affected piece, send the missing part or replace the full set — whatever it takes to make it right.
What we can't take back
- Sets that have been opened or built
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap one model for another is to return the original and place a separate order for the new one. Once your return is approved, the refund and the new order are processed in parallel.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order ships within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The model must still be unopened and in its original packaging, and you'll need your proof of purchase.
This right is separate from and additional to our standard 30-day return window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, write to hello@byeikee.com and we'll chase it down.
