Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Every Eikee® order ships from our European warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3-7 working days across the EU and 7-14 working days to the rest of the world. Every parcel is tracked and insured from door to door.
Are Eikee® bricks compatible with other building brands?
Yes. Every Eikee® piece is made from premium ABS and fully compatible with all major building brick systems. Tight clutch, smooth fit, no surprises.
What if a piece is missing from my set?
Every Eikee® model is quality-checked twice before shipping, but if anything is missing or damaged, write to hello@eikeebricks.com with your order number. We'll send the part free of charge.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened model for a full refund. Write to hello@eikeebricks.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Is Eikee® suitable for adults?
Every Eikee® model is designed for builders aged 14 and up. Most of our community are adult collectors — these aren't toys, they're scale models built for the long shelf life.
